in and for the County Aforesaid do hereby certify that Mary L. wife of 
Joseph Simeon Sanchez personally appeared before me, and being by 
me examined seperately And Apart from her said husband Acknowledged 
that she had freely And Voluntarily And without Any Compulsion or 
restraint of or from her said husband relinquished all her right of 
dower in and to the premises within conveyed unto the Grantee 
therein named, And that she wished not to retract the same
