		Know all men by these presents that for 
and in consideration of the sum of five Hundred dollars to me 
in hand well and truly paid before the signing hereof, I do 
Sell bargain & grant unto Charles Waldron his heirs executors & 
administrators one Negro man named Orange aged about 
thirty years, about six feet in height the quiet possession of 
said Negro unto the said Waldron I do hereby bind myself 
my heirs Executors and administrators & promise to defend him 
against any claim by through or under me whatsoever
