To all persons to whom these presents shall come
	Know ye that I Nancy Nettles late Nancy Lanier of the 
County of Alachua and Territory of Florida having lately received from 
my father Hardy Lanier a gift of fifty head of cattle to my sole and 
separate use for the term of my natural life and being desirous of carrying into 
full Effect the intentions of my said father in making said gift and in 
settling said cattle upon and for my exclusive and permanent benefit do 
by these presents and with full consent of my husband Willis Nettles 
and in consideration of five dollars to me in hand paid by my said father 
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents hereby bargain sell 
and deliver to him the said Hardy Lanier the said fifty head of cattle 
together with their increase & I the said Nancy Nettles for myself & 
my heirs executors and administrators do hereby forever warrant 
the same and my right so to bargain sell & deliver said cattle 
unto the said Hardy Lanier & to his Executors to have to have and to hold the said 
cattle and their increase in trust for my sole and only use for the term of 
my natural life and after my death in trust to my children if any I shall have 
till said children shall become of age but if I shall die without children 
then said cattle with their increase shall remain forever the clear 
and exclusive property of said Hardy Lanier.  And I do hereby further 
provide and empower the said Hardy Lanier whenever he shall deem it most 
beneficial to my interest and shall be desirous to be discharged from the 
trust here by me conferred upon him to select some proper person and 
appoint him the trustee of said cattle to and for my use and benefit  
to act instead of said Hardy Lanier who shall possess the same rights 
and authority in such appointment as by this deed are conferred on 
the said Hardy Lanier      And it is my intention approved by
my said husband and it is expressly understood that the said
Hardy Lainier for my benefit and exclusive use shall have the intire 
control disposition and government of said cattle so that they 
maybe always kept advanced and increased for my greatest profit 
and advantage and for the profit and advantage of my children 
also if any I shall have In Witness whereof I have 
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this
