Know all men by these presents that
I Moses Elias Levy of Alachua County
in the Teritory of Florida in consideration of
the sum of Three dollars to me in hand
paid by James Edwards of said County and
Teritory the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have bargained sold and quit claimed and
by these presents do bargain sell and quit claim
unto the said James Edwards and to his heirs
and assigns forever all and every my right title
interest estate claim and demand both at law and
equity and as well in possession or expectancy
of, in and to all that certain piece of land in
the village of Miconpy on which a distillery
has been carred on for the last year and on
which the said James Edwards is erecting a
dwelling house being bounded as by the annexed
plat as follows ******** on the Est by a line
commencing at a live Oak on the south east of
a pond used by the distillery for a supply of
water and running due north six chains to a
post - Thence due West five chains to a post thence
due south six chains to a post Thence due
East to the before mentioned live Oak tree and
containing three acres with all & singular the
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto pertaining
or belonging In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal this second day of June
