Teritory of Florida	This Indenture made and 
entered into this twenty ninth day of September A.D. 
1834 Between Isaac Garrason of the one part 
and Darius Garrason Michael Garrason Samuel Piles 
William Piles & James Harn of the other part 
all of the County of Alachua Witnesseth that whereas 
the parties of the second part Have heretofore 
furnished a letter of credit to the party of the first 
part part authorizing him to purchase goods wares 
and merchandise at the City of Savannah for the 
sum of not exceeding six hundred dollars and 
whereas the said Isaac Garrason the party of the 
first part by virtue of said letter of credit 
did go to the City of Savannah and did purchase 
of the house of A Champain         
goods wares and merchandise to the amount of          
    dollars and did also purchase of the house 
of           goods, wares & merchandise to the 
amount of                dollars amounting in all the whole 
to the sum of Six hundred dollars using said 
letter of credit to affect said purpose whereby the 
said parties of the second part have become bound 
and are liable in law to pay the aforesaid debt of 
the said Isaac Garrason the party of the first 
part and whereas the parties of the second part 
have organized a mortgage from the said 
Isaac Garrason to indemnify & secure them 
against their said liability so as aforesaid 
created & existing and he is willing to execute 
the same.   Therefore in consideration of the 
promises and in consideration of the further sum 
of one dollar in hand paid to the said 
Garrason the party of the first part at and 
before the sealing and delivery of these presents
