herein granted and conveyed and provided also 
that it is expressly understood by and between the 
parties hereto that the said Isaac shall be 
intitled to keep the possession of property herein 
and hereby granted until the first day of May 
1835 at which time if the said Isaac shall 
have failed to pay the said and discharged 
and exonerated the liabilities of the said parties 
of the second part then and in that case 
it shall and may be lawful for the said parties 
of the second part to enter & take possession of 
all the property herein & thereby granted as of 
their own Estate and the proceeds thereof to 
appropriate to the payment of the demands afore
said and the surplus if any to pay over to 
the said Isaac the party of the first part
