Be it remembered that on the second day
of April in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and thirty two
before me Leslie A. Thompson Intendant of the City of Tallahassee and
Ex Officio Justice of the Peace personally appeared Henry P. Brandin who
Acknowledged the within deed to be his Act and deed for the purposes therein
contained

This Indenture made this twenty first day of March One thousand
Eight hundred and thirty one Between Theodore Flotard of the City of Talla-
hassee in the Territory of Florida & Mary Adele wife of the said Theodore of the
first part and John Moloney and Henry P. Brandin of the same place of the
second part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Two thousand dollars to them in hand paid by the said parties
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged have granted bar-
gained, and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain, and sell unto the
said parties of the second part All that tract or parcel of Land containing
Two thousand Acres situate lying and being in the County of Alachua in
the Territory of Florida Aforesaid, said tract being included in a large tract
of Forty thousand Acres, which was granted in the year 1811 by Governor
White to Joseph M. Arredondo Now deceased The said tract or parcel of land
hereby conveyed is situated on the Oklawaha River and adjoins West on a
tract of land of Four thousand Acres conveyed by the representatives of
the said Joseph M. Arredondo to Joseph M. Sanchez, the said tract
is bounded and defined as follows, viz. Beginning at a stake marked
with a cross at the North West corner of said tract of four thousand Acres
and East running South on the Western boundary thereof One hundred
and fifty one chains to another stake marked in like manner with
