all future notes bills drafts or other Instruments 
for or in removal of said notes or any part there
of together with with all interest expenses or 
charges of any description arising therein therefrom 
or there out -   Then this present Indenture 
and the Estate hereby granted and every ar
ticle and clause herein contained as well the said 
promissory note shall cease and become utterly 
void And it is hereby mutually covenanted & Agreed between 
the parties to these presents that if defalt be made in 
the payment of the principle secured to be paid to the said 
parties of the second part and the interest which shall 
accrue thereupon at any time or times on which they 
shall be due or of any part of such principal or interest 
that then and from thence forth it shall be 
lawful for the parties of the second part their 
Heirs and Executors Administrators or Assigns to grant 
bargain sell and dispose of the said hereby granted 
premises and all benefit and equaty and equaty of 
redemption of the said party of the first his Heirs 
Executors Administrators or assigns therein according 
to the direction of the Act of the Legislature 
in that case made and provided rendering the 
overplus of the purchase monies to be obtained for the 
same after full satisfaction of the principal and 
interest to be due on such note or notes ******* 
thereof in manner aforesaid and to the charges of 
advertisement and sale (if any overplus there shall 
be) unto the said John Houston McIntosh Jr. 
the said party of the first part his Heirs Executors 
Administrators or Assigns
	In witness whereof the parties to these presents have 
hereunto interchangeably set their hand and seals the 
day and year first above written
