hundred and thirty one intitled An Act to 
Authorize the Appointment of Commissioners to take 
the acknowledgments of deed and instruments under 
seal, and duly Commissioned & qualified and 
residing in the City of Savannah in the State of Georgia 
personly came and appeared John Houston McIntosh 
Jr. the grantor or Mortgagor named in the written 
instrument and acknowledged the due execution thereof 
and that the same is his Act and deed for all 
the purposes therein mentioned
