to the said tract or parcel of land belonging 
and the further increase of the females of the said slaves   
To have and to hold the hereby granted or intended 
to be hereby granted tract or parcel of land & 
premises with the appurtenances together with the 
aforesaid slaves and the future increase of the females 
thereof unto the party of the second part her heirs 
executors and Administrators and assigns forever And the 
said party of the first part for himself his heirs 
executors and administrators the above described and hereby 
granted & released premises and every part and parcel 
thereof with the appurtenances together with the

females thereof unto the said party of the second
