part doth further warrant the said slaves above con
veyed to be sound in body and mind And the
said Clinch wife of the said Duncan L.
Clinch in consideration of ten cents to her in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged by her doth hereby
relinquish to the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns all her right and title of dower
in and to the above named premises
Provided nevertheless and these presents are upon
this express condition that if the said party of the
first part his heirs executors administrators shall and
do - well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the
said party of the second part their executors
administrators or assigns the said several sums
of money in the above five promissory note men
tioned at the times when they respectfully fall
due according to the true intent and meaning of
the said several notes then and from thence forth
these presents & every thing here in contained shall be
utterly null and void to all intents and purposes
