Alachua County	V. Walker who being duly sworn deposeth 
and saith that he saw James Edwards sign seal and deliver 
the within Bill of sail for the purposes there in contained 
and mentioned and further deposeth and saith that he 
saw Wm Farguhuson assign the same as a witness and 
that he like wise

September 6th 1834     that we Isaac Garrason 
                       Britten Knight & John M. 
Sanchez are held and firmly bound unto John 
H. Eaton Govinor of the Teritory of Florida or his 
successor in office in the sum of Two Thousand dollars 
lawful money of the United States for the payment of 
which we do hereby bind ourselves our heirs executors 
and administrators each of us
		The condition of the above bond is such 
that if the above bound Isaac Garrason shall faithfully 
perform the duties of County Clerk of Alachua 
County then the above bond to be null and of 
no effect otherwise to be & remain in full force and
