before me J.W. Furra justice of the Peace personally appeaed Mrs. Maud G. Haile to me know
to be the person described in and who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged the
execution thereof to be her free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned;
and the said Maud G. Haile the wife of the said Evans Haile on an examination taken and made
separately and apart from her said husband did acknowledge that she made herself a party to
the said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her dower or right of dower
and separate statutory property in and to the lands and tenements and hereditaments therein
described and thereby granted and released and that she executed the said deed freely and without
and cpmpuslsion, constraint apprehension or fear of or from eher said husband.

of said County being a court of record having a seal certify that J,W. Furr Esq. was at the
date of the certificate or proof or acknowledgement of hthe annexed instrument in writing a
Justice of the Peace in and for said County duly authorized to take the same and administer
oaths for general purposes that I am well acquainted with his handwriting and verily believe
that the signature to said certificate is genuine and that the annex instrument is executed
