of Florida whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said J.B. Sheffield
all that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida artoicilarly known and described as follows towit:
Our undivided 1/2 interest oin and to east half section sixteen of township (10)
ten S of range nineteen (19) East containing by estimation ... acres of land more
or less Together with all and singular the tenements,hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto him
the said J.B. Sheffield and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute.And we the said Evans Haile and Maude G. Haile do hereby certify
and agree that to and with the said J.B. Sheffield that we are lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same athat tethe same is free from all incumbrances of
any kind whatsoever and that ere will and our heirs executors ad administrators shall
nand will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said J.B. Sheffield adnd
to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns against tge lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same
by through or under us. IN WITNESS WEREOF WE have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our seals on this 29th day of August A.D. 1910.

COUNTY OF LOUDOUN}  I hereby certify that on this 29th day of August A.D. 1910 before
me ersonally appeared Mrs Maud G. Haile wife of Evans Haile the grantor in the fore
going conveyance who being first duly quaetioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband says and ack nowledges before me that she did sign the said deed
of conveyance for the purpose if releasing relinquishing and renouncing all her right
title separate statutory aproperty and dower in and to the said described and that
said relinquishment and renunciation of dower right title separate statutory property
and dower was dome and made by her freely and voluntarily and without an compulsion,
constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
