the wife of the said S.R. Harville on a separate and private examination
taken and made by and before me separately and apart from her said husband
did acknowledged that she made herself a party to the said deed of conveyance
for the purpose of renouncing, relinquishing and conveying all her right, title
an interest whether of dower or of separate property statutory or equitable in and to the
lands therein described and that she executed said deed freely and voluntarily and
without any constraint, fear, apprehension or compulsion of or from her said husband.

The State of Florida} Know All Men by These Presents, That J.L. Kelley
Alachua County      } and wife Lillian M, A.T. Kelley and Wife Zola A. and G.H. Kelley and
wife Nellie known as A.T. Kelley and Company of the aforesaid County and State, for and in
consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred no/100 Dollars to them in hand
paid by E. Lartigue of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained,
sold and conveyed, and by these Presents do bargain, sell and convey
onto him the said E. Lartigue, all that certain lot, piece, parcel of
land situated, lying, and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida
particularly known, and described, as follows, to wit: "The E 1/2 of the SE 1/4
Section 11 Township 10 Range 20 E." containing by estimation 80 acres of
land, more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements and heredita
ments and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in any wise
appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same unto him, the E. Lartigue
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple
absolute. And we the said J.L. and A.T. and G.H. Kelley and their wives, do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said E. Lartigue, that they lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the
the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that
we will and our heirs, executors, and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto him, the said E. Lartigue
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns against the lawful
