and singular the tenements the hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining except the timber mentioned unto her the said party of the
second part heirs and assigns forever.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the title to said land
and will defend the same against the same lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

THIS INDENTURE made this 4th. day of March A.D. 1909 between C.R. Abstein of the
County of Alachua and State of Fla. party of the first part and Mrs. S.A. Brown of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second part. WITNESSETH: that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty dollars to me
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained, sold and transfer
red and by these presents do bargain, sell and transfer unto the said party of the
second part and her heirs and assigns forever all that certain parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida more particularly described as
