This indenture, made and entered into this 15
day of May, in the year of our Lord, one thousand
nine hundred and 12, between Thos Robinson and
Ada Robinson his wife, of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida part of the first part and the
Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, a Corpora-
tion created and organized under the laws of
the State of Virginia, party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Five
dollars of lawful money of the United States of
America, to us in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, at or before the en-
sealing and delivery of these presents, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised,
released, conveyed and confirmed, and by
these presents do we grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm,
unto the said party of the second part, and
its successors and assigns forever, all of a
certain tract or parcel of land situated, ly-
ing and being in the County of Alachua,
State of Florida, to-wit: A strip of land one
hundred & thirty feet wide being Sixty five
feet on each side of the centre line of the
Atlantic Coast Line Railroad as located
and constructed through the - Section 35
Township 11 South of Range 18 East, extending
from Station 2-17 x 58 to Station 218 x 81 a dis-
tance of 123 feet. Containing 0.37 acres in the
