This indenture, made and entered into this 15
day of May, in the year of our Lord, one thous-
and nine hundred and 12, between Wm. Cotman
and Julia Cotman his wife, of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first
part and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Com-
pany, a Corporation created and organized under
the laws of the State of Virginia, party of the sec-
ond part: Witnesseth: That said parties of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of twenty
five dollars of lawful money of the United States
of America, to us in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, at or before the enseal-
ing and delivery of these presents, the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargain-
ed, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and
confirmed, and by these presents do we grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey,
and confirm, unto the said party of the
second part, and its successors and assigns
forever, all of a certain tract or parcel of land
situated, lying and being in the County of
Alachua, State of Florida, to-wit: A strip of
land one hundred & thirty (130) feet wide being
Sixty-five (65) feet on each side of the centre
line of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad as
located and constructed through the South-
West Quarter (SW1/4) of North-West Quarter (NW1/4)
Section 35 Township 11 South of Range 18 East,
extending from Station 212 plus 76 to Station
217 plus 58 a distance of 482 feet; contain-
ing 1.43 acres together with all and singular,
the tenements, hereditaments, and appurten-
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise ap-
pertaining, and the reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents, issues and profits there of
