18 East, extending from Station 218 plus 81 to
Station 229 plus 15 a distance of 1034 feet; con-
taining 3.08 acres - together with all and sing-
ular, the tenements, hereditaments, and appurten-
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper-
taining, and the reversions, remainder and re-
mainders, rents, issues and profits thereof and
also all the estate, right, title, interest, dower
and right of dower, property, possession, claim
and demand whatsoever of the said party
of the first part, both in law and in equity,
of, in and to the above granted premises, with
the hereditaments and appurtenances. To have
