This Indenture, Made this 18th day of September A.D. 1912
between T.B. Ellis Jr. and Lucile H. Ellis his wife of
The County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first
part, and Haltie Dennis of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars, in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised, released
and quit-claimed and by these presents do remise, re-
lease and quit-claim unto the said party of the sec-
ond part, and her heirs and assigns forever all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
said parties of the first part have in and to the following
described lot, piece or parcel of land, to wit:
Lots One (1) and Two (2) Block Five (5) in the Town of
Archer, County of Alachua State of Florida. To Have and
To Hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances hereunto belonging or in any wise there-
unto appertaining and all the estate, right, title, inter-
est and claim whatever of the said parties of the
first part, either in law or equity therein to the only
