I Hereby Certify, That on this 9th day of September A.D. 1912
before me personally appeared John G. White Mary G.
White W.G. Chapman & Mabel L. Chapman to me known
to be the persons described in and who executed the
foregoing conveyance to George Weston and severally
acknowledged the execution thereof to be the free act
and deed for the uses and purposes therein men-
tioned: And the said Mary G. White and Mabel L.
Chapman the wives of the said John G. White and
W.G. Chapman on a separate and private examin-
ation taken and made by and before me, and
separately and apart from her said husband,
did acknowledge that they made themselves party
as to the said Deed of Conveyance, for the purpose
of renouncing, relinquishing and conveying all their
rights, title and interest, whether of dower or of separate
property, statutory or equitable, in and to the lands
therein described, and that they executed said deed
freely and voluntarily and without any constraint
fear, apprehension or compulsion of or from their said
husbands.

day and year last aforesaid.
