Know All Men by these presents that we Henry
Hooey and Isaac Hooey Father and Son this day
enter into agreement to do the things hereinafter
specified and to the faithful performance of the
same we hereby bind ourselves, our heirs and ass-
igns Whereas Isaac Hooey have bargained for a
certain piece of land laying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida and
more particularly known and described as follows:
The E 1/2 of the S.E. 1/4 of the S.E. 1/4 of section 23 town-
ship 9 Range 21 East and containing by estima-
tion 20 acres more or less. Also the N.E. 1/4 of
the S.E. 1/4 of section 23 Township 9 south of Range
21 East and containing by estimation 40 acres more
or less. The said land being now in the
name of on Fabin Thomas, who is to make
the said Isaac Hooey a deed to same. And
Whereas the said Henry Hooey has assisted on the pur-
chaser of said land to the amount of $ 43.00
and the receipt of such assistance the said
Isaac Hooey hereby acknowledges. And the
said Henry Hooey hereby agrees to assist further
to the extent of $ 20.00 and also to pay one
half of the interest that may account on same.
And the said Isaac Hooey hereby, agree in
consideration of said assistance to make the
said Henry Hooey a Warranty Deed, or else
have the said Fabin Thomas make said
deed to the said Henry Hooey to 30 acres
in the south half of the before mentioned
tract of land. And we both mutually agree
to divide the timber on the whole tract equally
unspecified of which or whose land it may be
