the state of Florida appeared W.M. Pepper, Clarence R. Strouse
and W.R. Thomas, to me well Known and Known to me to
be the persons who subscribed the foregoing Articles of
Incorporation of the Pepper Publishing and Printing Company
and severally acknowledged that they subscribed the same
for the purpose of incorporating themselves, their associates
and Successors into a body corporate under the laws of
Florida.  Witness my hand and notarial seal at Gainesville
Florida this 9th day of March  A.D.  1904.

Amendment to the Articles of Association of the J. Cummer & Son Lumber Co.
a corporation organized under Act No 232 of the Public Acts of 1885

Article 1.  The name assumed by this Corporation and by which it
shall be known in law is "Cummer Lumber Company"
     We hereby certify that at a meeting of the Stockholders of the
J. Cummer & Son Lumber Company a resolution amending the
Articles of Association in Article One thereof was adopted by the
affirmative vote of all the stock of said Corporation and that
the following is a true copy of said resolution as adopted at
said meeting
     "Resolved:  That Article One of the Articles of Association of this
corporation be, and the same is amended to read as follows:
Article 1.  The name assumed by this Corporation and by
which it shall be Known in law is "Cummer Lumber Company."
     In Witness whereof, we have signed our names to this certificate
and affixed the Corporate Seal of said Company
