F.E. Williams, C.A. Williams, L.N. Pearce J.C. Bishop
and A.R. Williams have subscribed for the
following amount of stock oposite their names res-
pectively:
     F.E. Williams     Thirty four shares
     C.A. Williams     Ten shares
     L.N. Pearce       Fifteen shares
     J.C. Bishop       Twelve shares
     A.R. Williams     Ten shares
The amount of stock so subscribed exceeds ten
per Cent of the Capital stock authorized under
this Charter
                    Ninth.
The said Corporation shall have the right to increase
its Capital stock from time to time, in the manner
and as provided by law, to any sum not to exceed
Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars.
                    Tenth.
The above and foregoing Charter is subscribed
to by the following persons to wit:
          F.E. Williams
          C.A. Williams
          L.N. Pearce
          J.C. Bishop
          A.R. Williams

severally acknowledged that he duly signed the
foregoing proposed Charter in the manner and
for the uses and purposes therein set forth and expressed.
