Ellerson Thompson, L. Davis, Hattie Adams and Johnns
Wallace.
Seventh.  The bylaws of said corporation shall be made altered
or rescinded by the general conference of said Methodist Church.
Eighth.  The highest amount of indebtedness or liability to which
said corporation may at any time subject itself shall not exceed
Twenty Thousand dollars or two thirds of the value of the
property of said corporation.
Ninth.  The amount in value of the real estate which said
corporation may hold shall be Fifty Thousand dollars and
subject to the approval of the Circuit Judge for Alachua
County Florida
Tenth.  The above proposed Charter is subscribed to by the
following persons to wit
