have power, generally to do and perform, have, hold, acquire
and enjoy all other property, powers and things as shall
be incident, necessary, or expedient for the conducting the nec-
essary operation of the business and generally be vested with
and have all the powers granted or which may be hereafter
granted to telephone companies under the laws of the State of
Florida.
                    Article III
     The amount of the capital stock of said company shall be
five thousand dollars, divided into five hundred shares,
each of the par value of ten dollars, to be paid in as follows:
four hundred dollars in property at a just valuation to be
fixed by the directors of said company at a meeting to be called
for that purpose; two hundred dollars in cash, and the balance
to remain in the treasury to be disposed of in such manner
as the directors may determine.
                    Article IV
The term which this corporation is to exist is ninety nine
years.
                    Article V
     The business of this corporation shall be conducted by
a president, a vice-president, a secretary, a treasurer and
a board of three directors, the office of secretary and treasurer
may be held by the same person.  The board of directors shall
be elected by the stockholders at a meeting to be held on the
first Monday in January 1905, and annualy thereafter.
The board of directors shall elect the officers of the company,
the president and vice-president shall be elected from
among the board of directors. Until the first election and
until their successors shall be qualified, the following 
officers and directors shall conduct the business of the
company:  E.E. Voyle, President, G.A. Main, Vice President,
C.C. Voyle Secretary and Treasurer, and E.E. Voyle,
G.A. Main and C.C. Voyle, shall constitute the first
Board of Directors.
                    Article VI
The highest indebtedness or liability to this corporation
can at any time subject itself is five thousand dollars.
                    Article VII
     The names and residences of the incorporators of said
corporation, and the subscribers for stock thereof with the
number of shares subscribed for by each are as follows:
     E.E. Voyle,          Gainesville, Florida     20 shares
     G.A. Main,           Gainesville, Florida     20 shares
     C.C. Voyle,          Gainesville, Florida     20 shares
