One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each. Said stock shall be issued
and sold upon such terms, and conditions as may be provided for
by the stockholders.
Article IV.
This corporation shall exist for the period of Fifty (50) years.
Article V.
The business of this corporation shall be conducted by a Pres-
ident, a Vice-President, a Secretary and Treasurer, and a Board
of Directors of not les than three (3) members, who shall be elected
on the first Monday in August of each and every year.
The first election of officers shall be held on the seventh day of
August, A.D. 1906. The business of this corporation shall be
conducted until the first election and qualification of officers
by L.R. Woods, President, C.A. Baird, Vice President and J.F.
Bunch, Secretary and Treasurer.
Article VI.
The highest amount of indebtedness or liability to which this
corporation can at any time subject itself, shall be Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00).
Article VII.
The Names and residences of the subscribers hereto, are as
follows:
L.R. Woods, of Gainesville, Fla. 150 shares
C.I. Baird, of Gainesville, Fla. 150 shares
J.F. Bunch, of Gainesville, Fla. 100 shares

Personally came before me L.R. Woods,
C.I. Baird, and J.F. Bunch, each of whom being to me well and
personally known, severally acknowledged that they each are
the persons who subscribed their names to the above and
foregoing Charter, and acknowledged the signatures sever-
ally to the said charter to be true and genuine.
