the above named incorporators, being to me well known
and acknowledged his signature to the above and fore-
going charter for the uses and purposes therein set forth
and contained.

                    Letters Patent
The State of Florida
To All Whom These Presents Come, Greeting:
Whereas, C.D. Dennis, E. Lee Huges, and I.E. Webster, on the
twenty-fourth day of January  A.D. 1905, filed in the office 
of the Secretary of State a proposed charter of a corpora-
tion to be known as Dutton Commissary Company,
with a capital of Twenty-Five Thousand ($25,000.00) dollars
for the purpose of dealing in buying and selling any and
all kinds of merchandise, supplies, machinery and per-
sonal property at wholesale and retail at such places in
Florida as it may be deemed expedient, to own, buy sell,
mortgage and lease lands, and generally to exercise such
powers as shall be necessary for and incidental to the con-
duct of the business, and have published due notice there-
of and have otherwise complied with the statutes in such
case made and provided;
Therefore, The State of Florida hereby incorporates the
above named persons their associates and successors into
a body politic and corporate in deed and in law by
and under the said name of Dutton Commissary Company
and grants unto them full authority to exercise the
powers and privileges of a corporation for the purpose above
stated, in accordance with their said charter and the laws
of this State.
