The names and residences of the subscribers to this corporation
are as follows:
     W.W. Hampton, Gainesville, Florida, W.F. Dutton, Gainesville,
Florida, W.G. Robinson, Gainesville, Florida, C.W. Chase,
Gainesville, Florida, C.A. Colclough, Gainesville, Florida, Perry
M. Colson, Gainesville, Florida, W.B. Taylor, Gainesville, Florida,
H.E. Taylerk, Gainesville, Florida, Thos. P. Hay, Gainesville,
Florida, J.H. Hodges, Gainesville, Florida, J.F. McKinstry Jr.,
C.C. Pedrick, Gainesville, Florida, E. Lartigue, Gainesville, Florida,
B.F. Hampton, Gainesville, Florida, and W.R. Thomas, Gaines-
ville Florida.
                    Article VI
     The affairs of this corporation shall be managed by the follow-
ing officers, to wit:  A President, Two Vice Presidents, a
Secretary, a Treasurer, a Board of Trustees, consisting of Twelve
(12) members, and an Executive Committee, consisting of Five
(5) members.
     The officers shall be elected at the annual meeting of the
members of the corporation in good standing, which shall be
held on the second Tuesday in April, each and every year.
The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Alachua
County, Florida, and the President of the City Council of the
City of Gainesville, Florida, and their successors in office
shall be Ex-Officio Members of the Board of Trustees.
                    Article VII.
The officers who shall manage all of the affairs of this
corporation until the first election to be held under this
Charter, shall be W.F. Dutton, President, W.R. Thomas, Vice-
President, G.W. Hyde, 2nd Vice President, E. Lartigue, Secre-
tary, B.P. Richards, Treasurer, W.G. Robinson, C.W.
Chase, C.A. Colclough, P.M. Colson, W.B. Taylor,
W.W. Hampton, A.C. McArthur, H.E. Taylor, Thos. P. Hay,
J.H. Hodges, J.F. McKinstry Jr., C.C. Pedrick, and the
Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners, and the
President of the City Council of the City of Gainesville, Board
of Trustees, and J.F. McKinstry Sr., N.D. Phillips, E.
Lartigue, J.H. Hodges and J.F. McKinstry Jr. members of
the Executive Committee.
The first election under this Charter shall be held on the 11th
day of April,  A.D.  1903.
                     Article VIII.
The By-Laws of this corporation shall be made, altered or
rescinded by the Board of Trustees.
                     Article IX.
The highest amount of indebtedness or liability to which this
corporation shall at any time subject itself shall be $130000.
                     Article X.
The amount in value of the real estate which this corporation 
may hold shall be Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00)
