and Treasurer of the Standard Fertilizer Company a corporation
recently organized under the laws of the State of Florida who
being duly Sworn deposes and Says that he is the Treasurer of said
corporation and that 10% of the Capital Stock of said corporation has
been subscribed for and paid in.

of Alachua Alachua Fla March 6th 1905
= Notice to Registered Voters =
Pursuant to Section 660 of the revised Statute of the State of
Florida certain citizens of Alachua in Meeting assembled March the 6th
1905. Do hereby call a Mass Meeting of all registered Voters living in
the bounds of West half of Section Fourteen and East half of section
Fifteen Township Eight Range Eighteen East To be and assemble at
the drug Store of Dr. J. C. Bishop on April the Sixth Nineteen
hundred and five Between the hours of 6:30 P.M and 8:30 P.M. to then
and there determine if they Shall establish for themselves a Muni-
cipal government with corporate powers and privileges as
prescribed in revised Statutes of the State of Florida.
With proposed corporate limits being the West half of Section
Fourteen and the East half of Section Fifteen Township Eight
Range Eighteen East

of Alachua assembled according to a Notice dated March the
6th 1905 on the 6th day of April for the purpose of incorporating
the Town of Alachua Fla. Pursuant to Section 660 of the revised
Statutes of the State of Florida
The Number of registered Voters in the proposed limits to be
incorporated Fifty One Number present 37. 36 of whom
Voted to incorporate and One Vote against incorporating.
The meeting was called to order by J.Y. Bradley who issued
the call
