full authority to exercise the powers and privileges of a corporation for
the purpose above stated in accordance with their said charter
and the Laws of this State.
     In Witness Whereof These Presents have been attested with the
     Great Seal and signed and countersigned by the Governor and
     Secretary of State of the State of Florida at Tallahassee the

                   Notice of Incorporation
Notice is hereby given that we the undersigned intend to apply
to the Governor of the State of Florida for Letters Patent to be issued
to Williams Company a proposed corporation under the laws of the
State of Florida of which company the following shall be the
Articles of Incorporation.
This notice is given pursuant to the requirements of the State of
Florida, and the Articles of Incorporation have been filed with
the Secretary of State and are given below.

                                    H.N. LeRoy
                    Article I.
     The name of the Corporation shall be Williams Company and
its principal place of business shall be in Alachua, Alachua
County Florida, but it may establish offices and agencies at
other places within the State of Florida.
                    Article II
     The general nature of the business to be transacted by this Corporation
is to buy and sell all kinds of merchandise, supplies machinery
and personal property, buy sell, mortgage and lease real estate
advance and loan money on lands and personal property and
this corporation shall have power generally to do and perform
have hold acquire and enjoy all other property, powers and
things as shall be incident, necessary or expedient for the
conducting the necessary operation of the business, and
generally to be vested and have all the powers granted, or which
may be hereinafter granted to corporations for profit under the
laws of the State of Florida.
                    Article III.
     The amount of the capital Stock of this company shall be
Ten Thousand Dollars divided into one hundred shares each
of the par value of one hundred Dollars to be paid in as
follows:  Six thousand dollars in cash and the balance
to remain in the treasury to be disposed of in such manner as
the Directors may designate.
                    Article IV.
     The term for which this corporation is to exist is ninety-nine
years.
