The name of this Corporation Shall be The Gainesville Training
School For Nurses.
= Article Two =
The general nature and object of this corporation shall be
the establishment and maintainance of a School for the
education and training of persons to act as nurses and the
issuance of diplomas and certificate of competency to
persons who have taken the prescribed courses therein

Any person may become a member of this corporation
upon approval of a majority of the Board of Directors
and by his subscribing to the rules and regulations of this corporation.

This Corporation Shall exist for a period of Fifty years.

The affairs of the corporation are to be managed by the following
officers a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, and a
Board of Directors, consisting of three members who shall be
elected by the members of the corporation at an annual meeting
to be held on the 1st Tuesday in November in each year.

The following officers shall manage the affairs of the
corporation until the first election.
