                    Article Eight
     The by-laws of the Corporation may be made altered or
rescinded at any meeting of the Corporation two thirds of
the members present.
                    Article Nine
      The highest amount of indebtedness to which the corporation
may at any time subject itself is one thousand dollars
($1000).
                    Article Ten
     The amount in value of the real estate which the Corporation
may hold subject always to the approval of the Circuit
Judge of Alachua County Shall be One thousand dollars
