Letters Patent
The State of Florida
To all whom these presents Shall Come Greeting:
Whereas E.L. Cushman, B.R. Colson and J.W. Blanding
on the third day of October A.D. 1905 filed in the office of
the Secretary of State a proposed Charter of a Corporation to
be Known as Peninsular Printing Company with a
Capital of Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00) Dollars for the
purpose of printing Stamping engraving and lithographing
Stationary books papers periodicals and other matter to buy sell
handle lease and deal in paper and papers stationary
office supplies and furniture printing presses and appliances
real estate and personal property and to have power
generally to do and perform have hold and enjoy all
other property, powers and things as shall be incident to the
conducting of the said business and have published due
notice thereof and have otherwise complied with the
Statute in such case made and provided.
Therefore the State of Florida hereby incorporates the above
named persons their associates and successors into a
body politic and corporate in deed and in law by and
under the said name of Peninsular Printing Company
and grants unto them full authority to exercise the powers
and privileges of a corporation for the purpose above
Stated in accordance with their said charter and the
Laws of this State.
In Witness Whereof These presents have been attested with
the Great Seal and Signed and Countersigned by the
Governor and Secretary of State of the State of Florida
at Tallahassee the Third day of November A.D. 1905

Notice of Application For Letters Patent
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd of November A.D.
1905 the undersigned will apply to his Excellency N.B.
Broward Governor of the State of Florida or his
successor in office for Letters Patent on the Charter
proposed below.

Articles of Incorporation of Peninsular Printing Company
Article I
The Name of this Corporation Shall be the Peninsular
Printing Company and its principal place of business
shall be Gainesville Florida
