                    Article II.
The general nature of business to be transacted by this Corporation
shall be to print, Stamp engrave and lithograph Stationary books
papers periodicals and other matter; to buy sell handle lease
and deal in paper and papers stationary office supplies and
furniture printing presses and appliances real estate and
personal property and to have power generally to do and
perform have hold and enjoy all other property powers
and things as shall be incident to the conducting of the
said business
                    Article III.
The amount of the Capital Stock of this corporation
shall be Two Thousand Dollars to be divided into Twenty
shares of the par Value of One Hundred Dollars per
share and all stock subscribed for shall be paid in
in cash property or servaces a valuation to be fixed
by the directors of the company at a meeting called
for such purpose on the granting of this charter.
                    Article V.
The business of said corporation shall be conducted by
a president, Vice-president, secretary and Treasurer and
a board of directors to consist of not less than three
members.  The business of said corporations shall be
conducted by L.E. Cushman President; B.R. Colson
Vice-President; and J.W. Blanding Secretary and Treasurer
until there shall have been an election of Officers
held by the Stockholders of the Corporation.  The First
Annual Meeting of the Stockholders for the election of 
Officers and transacting generally the necessary business
of the corporation shall be held on the 7th day of
November  A.D.  1905 and the annual meeting shall be
held on the first Tuesday of June of each and every
year thereafter during the continuance of this charter.
                    Article VI.
The highest amount of indebtedness to which this
corporation can at any time subject itslef shall be
Four Thousand Dollars.
                    Article VIII.
The names and residences of the Subscribers to the
said Charter are:
     E.L. Cushman     Gainesville Florida     5 shares     (seal)
     B.R. Colson      Gainesville Florida     1 share      (seal)
     J.W. Blanding    Gainesville Florida     1 share      (seal)

to me well Known and acknowledged before me that
they signed and sealed the foregoing Charter and set
opposite their names the amount of Stock subscribed
