before me a Notary Public for the State of Florida at Large
J.W. Blanding who after having been sworn deposed and

Printing Company that more than ten per cent (10%) of the
Capital Stock of said Peninsular Printing Company has
been subscribed for and paid in cash and that he now
holds the same as Secretary and Treasurer of said Company
