Alachua County   } Before me the undersigned authority, personally came
E.E. Voyle, President of the East Florida Telephone Company who, being duly
sworn makes the following return for the purpose of increasing the
capital Stock of said Company and says, That on September 9, 1905
there was delivered to the "Sun" a newspaper published in Gainesville
notice that a meeting would be held in the Company's office December
11, 1905, to increase the Capital Stock from five thousand dollars
to twenty five thousand dollars which said newspaper duly
published said notice for four successive weeks preceeding December
11th 1905 in said newspaper also notice was on the 9th day of September
duly mailed to each Stockholder that a vote would be taken to
increase the Capital Stock of said company from five thousand
dollars to twenty five thousand dollars and that on this, the 11th
day of December A.D. 1905 a vote was taken at its office in
Gainesville to increase the Capital Stock of said Company and
by vote of over two thirds of the whole of the Capital Stock
it was voted to increase the Capital Stock to twenty five thousand
dollars, and that the terms upon which said additional stock
shall be issued shall be at par without discount.

Florida do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct
copy of Return of President of the East Florida Telephone Company
increasing the Capital Stock of said Company from five thousand
dollars to twenty five thousand dollars as filed this day in
this office.
     Given under my hand and the Great Seal of the State of
Florida at Tallahassee the Capital this the twelfth day of
December  A.D.  1905

Telephone Company and that Ten per cent of its capital stock
has been subscribed and paid.
