amount of its capital stock at such
time actually paid in and remaining
undiminished by losses or otherwise; except
on account of such demands as are
prescribed by the laws of Florida.

The names and residences of the subscribers are:

J.F. Ruff,             Newberry, Florida.
John G. White,         Newberry, Florida.
W.H. Tucker,           Newberry, Florida.
                    VIII.
     The subscribing incorporators, to wit:
H.A. Pickett, C.D. May, J.F. Ruff, John G. White,
and W.H. Tucker, have subscribed for the
following amount of stock opposite their
names respectively:
     H.A. Pickett,     Ten shares;
     C.D. May,         Ten shares;
     J.F. Ruff,        Ten shares;
     John G. White,    Ten shares;
     W.H. Tucker,      Ten shares;
The amount of the stock so subscribed
exceeds ten per cent of the capital stock
authorized under this charter.
                    IX.
     The said corporation shall have the right
to increase its capital stock from time to 
time as may be deemed expedient in
the manner and as provided by law,
provided, however, that such increase shall
not exceed the sum of Fifty Thousand dollars.
                    X.
     The above and foreoing charter is
subscribed to by the following persons, to wit:
