Bank of Newberry, a corporation organized
and existing under the Laws of the State
of Fla., with its principal office and place
of business at Newberry, Alachua County,
Fla. and that as cashier he is the treasurer
of said corporation, and that exceeding ten
per cent of its capital stock has been
subscribed and paid, the entire amount
of same having been subscribed and paid.
