Judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit of the
State of Florida, in and for Alachua County.
Your petitioners, respectfully petitioning
show unto your honor that they have agreed
upon the original Articles of proposed inCor-
poration not for profit, as hereto attached that
they have subscribed said proposed Charter
in accordance with law, each of your petitioners
signing his own name as next thereunto appears
that one of your petitioners has made and subscribed
the oath endorsed on said proposed Charter
before an officer Authorized to take acknowledgments
of deed, and said officer has duly Certified, signed
and sealed the same as fully appears thereon, that
it is intended in good faith to Carryout the
purposes and objects set forth therein, that the
notice of the intent to make the application formulated
according to law has been duly furnished a
newspaper for publication that in due Course
to wit on the 27th day of July 1906 your petitioners
shall present said proposed Charter with due
proof of publication to your Honor. And your
petitioners pray that your honor may find
that the law has in all respects been Complied
with and that your Honor May approve said
Charter And endorse Your approval thereon.

Charter of the Gainesville Country Club.
The undersigned Citizens of the County of
Alachua State of Florida, desire to form
a social club or society not for profit
and to become inCorporated as such in the
manner prescribed by law, in in that behalf
propose and subscribe the Charter as follows.
1. The Name of the Corporation shall be the
Gainesville Country Club, its location
shall be in Gainesville Florida and the
Corporation shall exist perpetually.
2. The general objects of the Corporation
