legitimate athletic sports, and the providing of
suitable accommodation therefor... the estab-
lishment and maintainance of suitable and
convenient places of resort for the members
and their visitors, the bringing together of those
interested in healthful past times:  the giving
of public exhibitions of legitimate athletic
sports and pastimes, the holding of fairs
and exhibitions of agricultural and other
products and of live stock:  The leasing of grounds
and buildings of the Corporation for such
purposes, the Collection of admission fees,
dues, rents, fines and other revenues to the
advantage of the Corporation, the acquiring, holding,
leasing, mortgaging, selling transferring and conveying
property, real and personal, to any extent deemed
advisable for maintaining and advancing the social
and non dividend objects of said inCorporation:
and said incorporation shall have and utilize
all the rights, powers powers and privileges
permitted by Chapter 4898 of the laws of Florida
entitled "An act as to the inCorporation of social
clubs or societies not for profit."
3.     Until amended by the bylaws, the Corporation
shall be Conducted by a president, Vice President Treasurer
and secretary and board of directors, Consisting of nine
Members, any or all of the officers May be directors.
the offices of Treasury and secretary may be held by the
same person, the undersigned shall be the directors
until an election, and all elections shall be held in accord-
ance with the bylaws.
4.     The Members of this Corporation shall be divided
into as Many Classes as may be prescribed in the bylaws,
the distinction being based on residence, age occu-
pation, the period of Membership, or other demarcation
liabilities or duties.  The Members of this Corporation
shall Consist of the undersigned and those selected
by the undersigned at the first Meeting upon the
approval of this Charter, and those thereafter elected
in pursuance of the by-laws.
5.     Only those who are Known as resident
Members and those non resident Members who
have been resident Members,  And subsequently
became Non resident Members, shall be the Club
Members With the right to vote in the election
of officers or upon any questions at any Meet-
ing of the Corporation:  None other shall have
any right to vote. where any such club Member
is in arrears for dues or for any other reason
is not in good standing his right to vote may be
