The amount of the stock so subscribed exceeds ten per cent of
the Capital Stock authorized under this charter.
                    Ninth
     That said corporation shall have the right to increase its
capital stock from time to time as may be deemed expedient
in the manner and as provided by law provided however that
such increase shall not exceed the sum of Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00)
Dollars.
                    Tenth
     The above and foregoing charter is subscribed to by the following

manner and for the uses and purposes therein set forth and expressed.
