and F.M. Simonton assistant secretary of the Tampa
and Jacksonville Railway Company known to me to
be the respective officers of the said corporation
and that the president and secretary of the said
corporation are absent from the State of Florida
and they severally acknowledged that they execu-
ted the foregoing instrument as the act and deed
of the said corporation and by the authority and
direction of the board of directors of said corpora-
tion and the said -------- assistant
secretary of the said corporation affixed thereto in
my presence the corporate seal of the said corporation
and the said instrument and acknowledged to me
that the said seal is the genuine seal of the said
corporation and that he affixed the same there-
to by the authority and direction of the said
board of directors of the said corporation.
Witness my hand and official seal at Jack-
sonville, Florida this 25th day of February A.D. 1907.

       Incorporation of Newberry  April 8th  1907
Notice of Assembling to Organize a Municipal Corporation

     Notice is hereby given that on 8th day
April  A.D.  1907 at the hour of ten oclock A.M.
a public meeting will be held at and in Newberry
Florida at E.T. Henderson for the purpose of
selecting officers and organizing a Municipal
Government for the Town of Newberry.
This is to require all persons who are registered
Voters residing in the proposed corporate limits to wit:
Commence at the N.E. corner of Sec. 4 in Township 10
South of Range 17 East Thence East 640 ft. Thence South
Parallel to East line of Sec. 4 one mile to sec. line Thence
West 640 ft. to the S.E. corner of Section 4 Thence West following
the South line of Section 4 to the S.W. corner of sec. 4
Thence North following the West line of sec. 4 to the
North West corner of section 4 Thence East following
the North line of Section 4 to the beginning
to assemble at said hour and place to select officers
and organize a Municipal Government.
