subscribers are J.W. Washington, T.J. Hamilton;
A.J. Reddick, Louise Luicy, Robert Louis, L. Hamilton,
and M.L. Washington, all residents of Newberry, Florida.
6-  The affairs of this corporation shall be managed
by the following officers, to wit:  A Worthy Master and
a Sargent, whose terms shall be for their natural
lives, with power to appoint their successors in
office, a Chaplin, Treasure, Inner Door Guard,
and Outter Door Chairman, four Honoraries and
a Financial Scribe and Recording Scribe, whose terms
of Office shall be twelve (12) months; that the elective
officers of this society shall be elected in this first
Monday in January, of each year.
7-  That J.W. Washington shall be Worthy Master,
T.J. Hamilton, Sargent of this society, and that A.J.
Reddick shall be Chaplin, and Louis Luicy,
Treasure, Robert Lewis, Inner Door Guard, L. Hamilton
Financial Scribe, M.L. Washington Recording Scribe,
and J.W. Washington, T.J. Hamilton, and A.J. Reddick
and Louis Luicy shall be Honoraries until the first
election.
8-  That the by-laws of this society are to be made
by the society and proved by the Worthy Master and
Sargent, and that they may be awarded at any
time in the same manner that they are made.
9-  The highest amount of indebtedness that this
society shall incur shall be Three Hundred ($300)
dollars.
10-  The value of the real estate which this Society
shall hold shall not exceed in value Five thousand
($5000) dollars and shall be only such as is necessary
for the use of this lodge for carrying out the nature
and object of this society.
