          ----------Letters Patent----------
     ----------The State of Florida----------
     To all whom these presents shall come Greeting:
Whereas C.W. Chase, C.D. Dennis and E.E. Voyle
on the thirteenth day of January  A.D.  1906 filed in the
Office of the Secretary of the State a proposed charter
of a corporation to be known as Lennon Land
Company with a Capital of Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00)
Dollars for the purpose of buying selling and leasing
lands, buy and sell all kinds of personal property
and machinery, conduct a Naval Stores business;
own, lease and operate Saw Mills, log and Cross
tie Camps carry on a general Merchandise
business; purchase, receive, own, hold, sell and
dispose of Stocks, Shares, bonds, securities and
obligations of other corporations wherever located;
operate railroads but not as a Common Carrier
Steamboats and other means of Transportation and
this Corporation shall have powers generally to do
and perform, have hold acquire and enjoy
all other property, powers and things as Shall be
incident, necessary or expedient For the
conducting the necessary operations of the business; 
and generally to be Vested with and have all the
powers granted, or which may be hereafter
granted, to corporations for profit under the
laws of Florida; and have published due notice
thereof and have otherwise complied with the
Statute in such case made and provided;
Therefore the State of Florida hereby incorporates
the above named persons their associates and
Successors into a body politic and corporate in
deed and in law by and under the said name
of Lennon Land Company and grants unto 
them full authority to exercise the powers and
privileges of a corporation for the purpose
above Stated in accordances with their said
Charter and the Laws of this State.
In Witness whereof These presents have been attested with
the Great Seal and Signed and Countersigned, by the
Governor and Secretary of State of the State of Florida
at Tallahassee the Seventeenth day of February
A.D. 1906.
