power; to engage in and carry on the business
of supplying water for private and public use, and
to have and to hold pipe lines and pumping
stations for carrying on said business; to engage in
and carry on the business of manufacturing ice and
refrigeration for public and private use; to engage
in and carry on the business of manufacturing
and supplying electricity for light, heat, and power;
to buy, construct, lease and carry on the business of
communication by telephone, telegraph or other means
of communication, and to construct and maintain
the poles, wires and structures necessry to carry
on said business, and to engage generally in the
business of a public service corporation as may be
determined by the board of directors to be advantageous
to the business of the corporation.  This corporation shall
have the right to enter into, make and perform
and carry out contracts of every kind and des-
cription with any person, firm, association or
corporation.  This corporation shall have the right
to borrow money upon the issues of warrants,
bonds or other negotiable securities of this corporation;
to purchase, hold and re-issue shares of its own
capital stock; to buy, sell, own and dispose of shares,
and to make advances upon stocks, shares, bonds,
securities or obligation or all other corporation, or
persons, whatsoever, wherever located or organized,
and while the owner or holder thereof such
shares, stocks, bonds, or securities to exercise, all the
rights, powers and privileges of ownership thereof,
and to exercise any and all voting powers thereof.
     This corporation shall have, use and enjoy
all the rights, powers and privileges granted to
corporations for profit under the laws of the State of
Florida.  The foregoing shall be construed both as to
its objects and powers, and it is hereby expressly pro-
vided that the foregoing specific powers shall not in
any way limit or restrict the powers of this corporation.
                    Article 8
     The capital stock of this corporation shall be one
hundred Thousand Dollars, divided into one thousand
shares of the parvalue of One Hundred Dollars each.
     Said stock shall be paid in in lawful money of
the United States, or payable in property, labor or
services at a just valuation to be fixed by the directors
at a meeting to be called for that purpose.
                   Article 4
     The term for which this corporation shall exist
shall be ninety-nine years from the date of the Letters
Patent.
