     The highest amount of indebtedness or liability to which this
Corporation can at anytime subject itself shall be Twenty Five
Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).
          Article 7
     The names and residences of the subscribers hereto are as

well and personally known and known to be the identical persons
described in, and who signed the above and foregoing Articles
