real or personal property of any nature duration or for
purposes which are lawful to subscribe for
purchase receive own hold for investment or 
otherwise sell dispose of, mortgage sublet pledge
hire lease or convey wherever possible or lawful
any stock shares bonds securities, notes warehouse
receipts or other obligations or property of any kind
either of any person or persons or other corporation
and hold the owner and holder thereof, to exercise the
rights privileges and powers of ownership thereof
to represent the same and exercise any voting
power thereof and conduct any business or
transaction in Connection with or appurtenant thereto
in this or any other state or County. To invest the
proceeds in such manner as may be prescribed
by the laws of the State of Florida or by any
regulation made under or in pursuance thereof
or by the bylaws of said Corporation or in the
descretion of the proper officers or board of
directors of this corporation not inconsistent
with the said laws of the State of Florida or any
regulation made under or in pursuance thereof;
to conduct any part of its business or businesses
to have officers and agencies to employ officers 
and agents at such places in this state and other
States and territories and in foreign countries
as may be requisite and necessary for the carrying
on of said business and furthering the ends of
such corporation, such necessity to be determined
in the discretion and judgment of its board of
directors:  to borrow money and to secure the
same by mortgages and bills of sale pledges 
deeds bonds notes contracts covenants agree-
ments and obligations of any kind whatsoever
for the furtherance of its purposes and business
including contracts agreements options or other
indentures between the said Corporation and
individuals or other Corporations and between
said corporations and any foreign govern-
ment or the government of the United States
or any Territory County or Municipality
or the authorized representatives thereof in any
of the lines of the business of this corporation;
to make such by-laws in furtherance thereof as
may be deemed best and generally to exercise the
said powers as may be incident to or con-
venient to the purposes or business of said
corporation.  To have exercise and enjoy all
the rights, powers and privileges incident to
corporations organized and existing under
