Secretary.  The roll of registered voters who reside within 
the proposed corporation limits was called and forty
one answered "present."
A Map of the Town showing the proposed metes and
bounds was exhibited which was the work of County
Surveyor Patton who accompanied by N.C. Pettit  T.B.
Tillis and D.L. Browning traced the lines for this
purpose.  Upon Motion the established lines were
adopted and the question "Shall We Incorporate"
was carried by written ballot by a vote of thirty one to
One.  All Voting being done according to a motion
unanimously carried by written ballot.
Upon Motion a seal was adopted which is to be
a Circle of the Words Waldo Fla Incorporated
Aug 1st  1907.
An election of officers was held of which A.B. Weeks
S.L. Kramer and N.P. Cauthen were Inspectors which
resulted as follows.
  Mayor     N.C. Pettit
  Marshal   Joel T. Weeks
  Clerk     D.L. Browning
  Aldermen  J.M. Boring,  A. Jolly,  W.D. Finlayson,
W.A.  McLenna,  M.W. Hogan,  Hugh A. Williams
L.C. Doane
These officers were declared duly elected by
Chairman Coffee and the Meeting upon motion
adjourned.
