               T H E  S T A T E  O F  F L O R I D A.
TO ALL WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME--GREETING.
       W H E R E A S , J. B. Brooks, C. E. Scarbrough, and M. N. Brooks on
the seventh day of September, A. D. 1907, filed in the office of the Secrtary
of State a proposed charter of a corporation to be known as
               T H E  G A I N E S V I L L E  B O T T L I N G  W O R K S.
with a capital of TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) dollars for the purpose of building
operating and owning bottling works, and to manufacture and bottle soda water
and all kinds of mineral waters; to buy, manufacture, sell or otherwise deals
in soda water apparatus, and all kinds of soda fountain supplies and fixtures
to engage in the manufacture of metal and wood delivery and shipping cases ofa
all kinds, and to deal in all other commodities and articles of trade and mer-
chandise throughout the State of Florida, and all other States of the United
States of America; and to travel its travelling men and mercantile agents
throughout the United States for the sale of the products of the said corpora-
tion, and of all said commodities to the trade; and to establish branch works,
manufactures, houses and agencies in or throughout said States, as its board o
of directors shall from time to time decide upon; and to adopt all the means
proper, expedient or necessary for the conduct of such business; and to have
exercise and enjoy all rights, powers and privileges of corporations organized
and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Florida.
and have published due notice thereof, and have otherwise complied with the
statute in such case made and provided;
THEREFORE THE STATE OF FLORIDA HEREBY INCORPORATES the above named persons
their associates and successors into a body politic and corporate in deed
and in law by and under the said name of THE GAINESVILLLE BOTTLING WORKS and
grants unto them full authority to exercise the powers and privileges of a corp-
oration for the purpose above stated, in accordance with their said charter
and the Laws of this State.
     IN WITNESS WHEREOF, These presents have been attesyed with the Great
Seal and signed and countersigned by the Governor and Secretary of State of
the State of Florida, at Tallahassee, the tenth day of October, A.D. 1907.

     Notice is hereby given that on the tenth day of October, A. D. we, the
the undersigned subscribing incorporations, intend to apply to the Governor
of the State of Florida, at Tallahassee, for Lettrs Patent Incorporating
"THE GAINESVILLE BOTTLING WORKS" with and upon the following proposed charters
and Articles of Incorporation.
